Please review the Powerpoint presentation "Bubble Sheets Gone Bad" to learn how to properly host a pesticide applicator recertification seminar.

Guidelines for submitting a request for seminar credits and the seminar credit request form are below. To receive credits for your seminar, you must demonstrate that the seminar covers pesticide-related topics. The form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of the seminar.
